Relay processes account details, selected Telegram content, automation settings, broker-account identifiers and trading records to provide the service. Passwords are hashed; MT5 passwords are sent to the hosting provider for connection and are not stored by Relay.
Data should be retained only for as long as required to provide the service, security, audit and legal obligations. Users may contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Service providers can include hosting, Telegram, MetaApi, market-data and email/push providers. A production privacy notice must name the controller, contact details, lawful bases, processors, retention periods and international-transfer safeguards before launch.
